In line with the tradition of previous years, the middle management meeting was held again in August 2024 in order to share knowledge and information.
This year’s event focused on two main themes.
Elvira Hajdárné Molnár, President and CEO, gave a comprehensive and detailed presentation of PEMÜ Plastics Ltd.’s strategy for the years 2025-2030.
In accordance with the announced strategy, the organisational changes to be introduced were presented, which will mainly affect sales, trading and production activities.
Digitalisation, research and development, robotisation and automation remain the priority areas of the strategy.
