On 4 November 2024, PEMÜ Plastics Industry Ltd. organised a full-day conference for its employees.
The conference included presentations on the following topics:
- Information on PEMÜ Zrt. strategy 2025-2030
- EIR-KIR training
- Digitalisation
- Fire and safety education
- Fire safety and security
- Quality education – general presentation
- Typical employee mistakes and how to avoid them
- Developing worker awareness e.g. machine errors (Kaizen)
- Prevention of cyber-attacks
Following the presentations, test writing took place. The results achieved were outstanding, with 10 employees writing perfect tests and receiving rewards, but also with an average test score of over 90%.
