Renovation and development of the laboratory building under a major investment project with non-refundable de minimis aid. The aim of the development was to create a laboratory building with infrastructural developments that meet the requirements of the laboratory, enabling the operation of a modern machine park at a high level.
As part of the development, the exterior and interior of the laboratory building were modernized. The doors and windows of the building were replaced, the external thermal insulation and plastering of the building were completed, the necessary floors were modernized, and the necessary spaces for measurements were created by modifying the internal partitions, including the restrooms and the staircase. The mechanical works also included the modernization of the heating system and the electricity network, as well as the installation of the air conditioning system.
The renovation of the laboratory building was carried out with a total budget of HUF 56 million – with an aid intensity of 48%.
