The first face-to-face project meeting of the European Union H2020 project VOJEXT (Value of Joint Experimentation in digital Technologies for manufacturing and construction) took place in Valencia, from 6 to 7 July 2022.
The VOJEXT project aims to develop and deliver a business and technology framework that aligns and encourages partners to adopt cognitive autonomous systems for human-robot interaction. In the case of PEMÜ, the main objective of the project is to create a collaborative robot capable of handling different models of soft viscoelastic cushions, thus robotising each process of viscoelastic cushion production.
During the meeting in Valencia, the project members reported on their recent developments and achievements. The meeting also included a presentation of Robotnik, the company hosting the meeting, and a demonstration of the robot created in the current project.
