PEMÜ Műanyagipari Zrt. is committed to the dual training of skilled workers and would also like to ensure the appropriate transfer of knowledge to the next generation.

In 2019, PEMÜ Műanyagipari Zrt. Successfully applied for an international education project supported by the European Union, ICD-4TVET (Interactive Curriculum Development for Technical Vocational Training). The project started on 01.09.2019 and covers a period of 34 months, it will end in June of 2022. A total of 6 project members (universities, educational policy institutes) from 5 countries are working on projects aimed at developing an open innovation concept to optimize curriculum design in the technical VET sector, able to integrate market needs and trends into VET curriculums and respond to them in a short time. This concept will be implemented through a digital platform to be developed within the project. The task of PEMÜ Zrt. is to participate in the development of the curriculum and to test it in practice.

In November 2019, the project members met at an opening meeting in Athens. At the two-day event, the project members were introduced and the main tasks and activities of the project were discussed.

ICD-4TVET is already the second international education project of PEMÜ Zrt., as the 3-year DEMETRA project was successfully completed in 2020.
